In addition to continuing in her role at Neurology Associates, Dr. An has founded Away Clinic and will serve as its medical director. Away Clinic will be focused on preventive medicine and wellness services. The practices's current offerings are:
Vaccines & travel health. Away Clinic provides hard-to-find travel vaccines such as yellow fever and typhoid, and malaria prescriptions for people who are traveling to exotic locations in the near future.
Health & wellness coaching. This service is geared towards people who could use a little help getting their lives back on track with proper nutrition, exercise, etc. Working with our nurse, you will go through an assessment, make goals and follow up to ensure progress. This is one of the best things you can do to take charge of your own health.
Vitamin IV therapy. Away Clinic delivers vitamin mixes and hydrating fluids directly to patients' bloodstream via IV drip. This allows for increased nutrient uptake and utilization rates. This can be beneficial for anyone who may suffer from ailments related to nutrition such as anxiety or fatigue. People use this service to recover from jetlag, get an energy boost, etc.
