About Dr. Rebecca Jones, Neurologist
Rebecca L. Jones, M.D., is a Board-Certified Neurologist who treats a range of conditions.
Dr. Jones earned her medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine. She completed her internship at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education and her residency at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. Dr. Jones is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Medical Association. She also serves as an adjunct clinical professor for Midwestern University.
In April 2019, Dr. Jones left Arizona after seven years (including two years at Neurology Associates) for a private clinic in Arkansas. There, she worked with a spine surgeon to learn non-opioid methods for treating neck and back pain. She brought that knowledge back to Neurology Associates when she returned in May 2020.
Dr. Jones attended medical school after nearly 20 years as a medical technologist and running her own business as a chocolatier. She chose neurology because it presents challenges that, when solved, change peoples’ lives.
In her personal time, Dr. Jones enjoys woodworking, oil painting, cooking, gardening, hiking and finding new pastimes. For example, she holds a distilling certificate from Moonshine University in Kentucky, where she learned to make bourbon. And because of her interest in wine and winemaking, she is working to become a sommelier.
Importantly, until the COVID-19 pandemic passes, Dr. Jones is able to see existing, and some new, patients over telehealth video. Visit our Telehealth page for details and FAQs.
