Jeannette (Jean) Baker, credentialed nurse practitioner, joined Neurology Associates in March 2022 with thirty years’ experience. Since 2012, Jean has focused on movement disorders; most of her patients have dealt with Parkinson’s disease. Jean brings this expertise to patients at Neurology Associates Mesa, where she aims to make patients and their families as comfortable as possible.

“I want my patients to feel like I can help them navigate the complex world of health care,” she says. “I want them to feel confident that they have someone in their corner.”

To that end, Jean works with patients and their loved ones to give them as much information about medications and other treatments as she can, so they can make the decisions best for them.

Jean moved to Arizona from Vermont, where she lived for more than two decades, in early 2022. She has two grown children and a dog. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and volunteering at animal shelters.

Jean is a member of the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society.
