Gia grew up here in Phoenix and double majored in Psychology and Biochemistry at Arizona State University. During her undergraduate studies she was heavily involved in research in cognitive science. Gia worked as a medical scribe in neurosurgery for 3 years at Barrow Brain and Spine before attending PA school at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. She competed her PA education in 2022 and worked as a PA in interventional pain management, urology, and now neurology.

Gia is passionate about helping her patients improve their quality of life so they can return/continue to do things that they enjoy and find meaningful.

In her spare time Gia is usually tending to her garden or spending quality time with her husband and dog.
